Gwangju Design Biennale 2015
Japan booth design & curation
"Gwangju Design Biennale" was held in Gwangju, South Korea.
The theme of the Biennale is "Design Shin Myeong", and "New Hope in Design" is entrusted to "Dawn", which refers to the time when the eastern sky is white. At the Gwangju Design Biennale Hall, more than 3,000 works from 35 countries from the United States, France, Italy, China, Japan, etc. are exhibited.
At the special exhibition "ASIAN DESIGN HUB", the theme of LDK (Living / Dining / Kitchen) was given, and curators from three countries, Korea, China, and Japan, designed their booths. Hashimoto curated the Japan booth and was in charge of work selection and venue design.
